Dry, full bodied wine with a firm flavor and a great structure. Rich in fruited notes, it smoothly progresses to hints of herbs and berries, flowers and shrubs. On the palate it begins smoothly but with considerable complexity, enlivened by a brilliant acidity that gives it depth and extension

Delicate but intense aromas, on the the nose citrus notes of pink grapefruit, slightly spicy, with a really pleasant minerality.

carricante - sicily, italy* 17/49/62

Etna Bianco Superiore. Light straw yellow, shiny and consistent. Persistent floral and white fruits fragrance, complexity harmonic and elegant. Pronounced acidity, silky in the mouth and bold minerality.


vernaccia DI SAN GIMIGNANO - PANIZZI - tuscany, italy* 15/43/58

This expression offers perfumed aromatics of white flowers, stone fruit and lemon. It's a wine of refreshment, but offers textural interest thanks to aging on the lees.

SAUVINGNON BLANC - Loire valley, france 13/36/50

Straw-yellow in color with golden tones. Intense aromas of fig, nutmeg and peach on the nose. Medium-bodied with vibrant citrus fruit and undertones of white pepper. Clean and bright with a crisp finish.


gros manseng (orange wine) - loire valley, france 17/47/62

Fresh and aromatic wine with hints of salinity. Hand harvested grapes are fermented with wild yeast only (no selected yeast), completely unoaked, unfined, and unfiltered. Minimal intervention in the cellar.

prosecco - Veneto, Italy* 13/38/50

Straw yellow color and fine, persistent perlage. The nose is floral and delicately fruity. Stands out the aroma of bread characteristic of refinement on the lees. Balanced taste, with good persistence and elegance.
